Position:                      Process Pipe Fitters

Location:                     Clarksville, TN Area

Description:                 Process Pipe Fitters using blue prints and isometrics perform pipe measurements, lay outs and installations in large manufacturing environments. Pipe Fitters do pre-installations fabrications in the field or shop sites and then install the pipe in the designated area.  Pipe Fitter’s at J. E. Johnson, Inc. work closely with Process Welders in project lay out and fabrication of piping for project installation.  Candidates will be working on projects located outside and on elevated work platform areas.   Depending on project work load - work schedules can be extended to 10-12 hour days including weekend work.

Education:                   High School or G.E.D. with Pipe Fitting school training required.

Experience:                 Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in the Pipe Fitting trade.
