Sales TelemarketerPosition: Marketing & Sales TELE-MARKETING Position. Location: Midland, Michigan Position: This position is part of J. E. Johnson, Inc.’s Marketing & Sales Department. The main focus is to provide successful sales leads/contacts to department sales personnel. Candidate will be responsible for Cold Calling/Prospecting to schedule business appointments. This position will require 4-6 hours a day calling prospective clients and will manage initial, in-process and renewal account responsibilies. Candidate must posses the ability to navigate through contact’s organization for correct sales contact. Be persuasive when interacting with potential new accounts to obtain important business information for department manager review. Candidate must be knowledgeable of telephone marketing concepts & practices. This position will support the department manager and sales workforce. Work Experience: Must have 2 – 5 years experience in Tele-Marking field. Education: High School Diploma; vocational training desirable. Position Traits: Candidate must possess good phone skills, good English grammar with speech clarity. This position requires good active listening skills, reading comprehension along with critical thinking and time management. Compensation: Compensation commiserate with work experience.
